The hill country in south Texas is the setting for this print. Cowboys doctor cattle for numerous reasons to cure or prevent illness and when there are no pens or squeeze chutes available they do it on horseback out in the open. There is a lot of cover visible and the cowboys are looking around closely for any cattle that are hiding in the brush.
